Proposals are invited for the interior designing of office premises (4000 – 5000 sq feet approx)

The scope of work entails:

• Preparation of new interior design layout
• Preparation of detailed drawings including electrical, telephone, data points etc along with furniture/ finishing details
• Preparation of BoQ complete in all respect

Lahore based firms, who have experience in designing executive offices may submit sealed proposals with costs, time frame to complete the assignment , a brief company profile and details of past and current projects by 18th June, 07 to Project Director AHAN at the address given below.

2) Quotations Required

Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) is an autonomous organization working under Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan. SMEDA intends to procure furniture of AHAN Project Offices at Quetta, Peshawar and Karachi.

SMEDA invites sealed quotations from interested companies for purchase of furniture items to be delivered at respective regional office. Specifications can be obtained from regional offices.

• Quotations should reach Regional Coordinators AHAN of all provinces at addresses given below latest by June, 07 along with following documents:
• Company profile including contact address, phone numbers and year of establishment
• List of clients
• Income Tax and Sales Tax Certificates
• Undertaking on official letterhead that the company is not blacklisted by any firm or government department.
• Proof of financial stability

SMEDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever or to cancel this invitation without any notice thereof.

"Attention Software Companies"

The AHAN - Aik Hunar Aik Nagar (One village one product, Pakistan) initiative of Government of Pakistan being implemented through Small & Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) envisages enabling the rural businesses to access a range of business development services. The expected benefits are increased employment and income earning opportunities in the rural areas, particularly for wage earners, women and poor producer groups. It is expected that through these measures there will be increased value-addition in the products, improved commercial linkages between rural Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and the larger urban businesses. Increased demand for goods and services will add to overall benefits. For this purpose, AHAN will develop an all-encompassing and comprehensive web portal.

Before developing such a web portal, AHAN initially requires the services of a software company/house to write the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document after complete analysis of various initiatives, applications and functions of AHAN.

Interested Software companies/houses are invited to send proposals to the address given below within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. Detailed TORs may be seen at SMEDA and AHAN websites.
